Assignment 1

An short introduction about PyTorch and about the chosen functions.

is_tensor() - returns boolean value whether it is a tensor or not
eye() - return an identity matrix
complex() - create a tensor with complex numbers
chunk() - To divide the tensor in chunks
ceil() - take ceil of all values of tensor

Before we begin, let's install and import PyTorch
