Same issue with me. I tried to run on Kaggle and got issue over there too. Are we allowed to submit kaggle link and colab link, since it was not allowed previously ?

i face the same problem too. yesterday, it worked perfectly :disappointed_relieved:

Same with me. Yesterday it was running fine. Today this problem.

What we can do here is we can download the csv file from kaggle to our local machine and upload it manually to the binder jupyter notebook server into a new folder or in the current directory, then we can easily import the csv file in our notebook.


Facing same issue. Please help us fix this error so that we can complete our project.
